Delivery and Returns
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders placed before 12.30pm we aim to dispatch the same day for delivery the next working day (UK mainland) stock permitting.
Orders are sent out Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays, if you are desperate for your delivery it is always best to phone before placing an order to check stock is available and we will try and accommodate any specific delivery requirements if possible.
What happens if I'm not in when my delivery comes?
Our Courier company will deliver your items on the day specified on your dispatch email, if no one is in at the time of delivery they will leave a card to say they have been and this will include all the details you need if you want to contact them to arrange collecting it from their depot, if not they will attempt to deliver the items for the next 2 days, if you are not in on these redeliveries the items will be returned to us and a redelivery charge will need to be paid to resend your order or we will refund your order minus the delivery charge.
How much does delivery cost?
Deliveries are based on the product weight.
We charge a simple flat fee of:
£4.58 (+VAT) for upto 25kgs then £4.58 (+VAT) for every other 25kgs you order upto 250kg
example: 25 x 1 litre Acetone will cost £4.58 (+VAT) to ship
250kgs and above will be charged at £45.00 (+VAT) Upto 1000Kgs
example: 500 Litres Vegetable Glycerin will cost £45.00 (+VAT) to ship
I need to have products delivered to me by tomorrow, can you do this?
If you need your order in a hurry it is always best to contact us first to make sure items are in stock and we will do our best to get them out for you for the next working day if possible, always worth asking as we will do our best to help you.
You’ve sent me the wrong items?
Not a normal occurrence but if this does happen please contact us as soon as possible on 01522 521864 or email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get this corrected ASAP.
My products are damaged. What should I do?
All products are carefully wrapped and packed in plain packaging before being dispatched however accidents can happen, if you have any problem with delivery please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to sort this out ASAP.
I am not happy with my purchase. What should I do?
If you are unhappy with your item please contact us, we have extended the money back returns on unused items to 30 days so you can return anything to us in it’s original packaging and condition as you received it for a full refund on the retail price you paid, please note postage back to us is the customers responsibility and refunds will not be issued until returned items are received by us in original condition.Refunds on postage are only given on faulty items.Please see our returns policy below for more details.
